Our Kids
During the course of the day the children at KCC undertake a
lot of different activities both in groups and with the children
individually.
We develop the childrens creative sides by putting on plays for
the parents to come and watch. We get to practice the plays (including
learning lines and songs) and make costumes to wear. All the children
get involved, even the little ones who make gorgeous props.
We also venture outside of the creche grounds for our adventures:
- We back on to Ben Burn park so we often go and have picnics
there.
- We go on outings to places around Wellington, like the zoo
or Botanical Gardens.
- Over twos can also enrol in the gymtots programme at Karori
Recreation Cente, view the gym tots page for some action
