Our Philosophy

We will maintain and support Karori Childcare as a co-operative, managed by parents through an Incorporated Society.
We will make choices and act in ways that ensure the facility exists to meed the needs of our community/tangata whenua on a sustainable basis, rather than to generate profit.
We will develop and follow policies and practices which ensrue that the Centre provides a high standard of care and education.
We will support teachers/nga kaiako in the development of their skills.

We will make a clear committment to the Treaty of Waitangi and the use of Te Reo.
